The original, Versace Eros introduced in 2012, has an aromatic-fougĆØre foundation, while the Eros Flame fragrance dives into a completely different direction. Eros Flame opens with bright citrus notes of mandarin orange and lemon. Then, subtle notes of black pepper, chinotto and rosemary are harmoniously blended to create a rare yet intoxicating scent. Pepper spices continue in the middle and is later balanced with floral notes of geranium and rose. The drydown takes a sudden turn with notes of sweet vanilla while tonka bean, Texas cedar, sandalwood, patchouli and oak moss bring about a wonderful earthy feel.Ā
