Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original designer packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
